IN THE CENTRE
Ideal location
The guest house is ideally located in a cosy side street in the middle of the old centre. The street is iconic for Zandvoort and therefore very popular with tourists.
The centre has shops such as several clothing shops, ice cream parlours, a warm bakery and supermarkets around the corner. A variety of restaurants and their terraces can also be found here. The cosy shopping street, promenade, beach and railway station are all within walking distance.
The guest house is non-smoking and has 2 rooms, each with its own charm. Of course, it is fully equipped and has free Wi-Fi. There are several parking facilities nearby. Please note; this involves paid parking. See the township website for more information.
THE ENTRANCE
At arrival
Upon entering, you will find a notice board in the hallway on your right with all kinds of information, such as emergency numbers.
You will also find the house rules here. Opposite is the first room. Further along is the kitchen. This is for shared use. It contains, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchendoor opens onto the garden. You can share this too. The staircase leads to the other room.
Ocean Blue room
About the Ocean blue room
On the ground floor is the Ocean Blue room. Here you have a lovely queen-size bed, a private shower and toilet. There is a cosy sittng area with sofa bed, which, when unfolded, can also be used as a bed for another 2 people. The room has a smart / digital TV, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. You can also find a folding table and folding chairs.

Sea Green room
About the Sea Green room
Upstairs is the Sea Green room. You can reach it via the stairs in the kitchen. Please note; the stairs are a bit steep and not too wide. Here you have access to a spacious King-size bed, a separate shower and toilet. There is also a separate lo for 1 person, which can be reached by a separate staircase. The loft is not suitable for very small children. There is a cosy sing area with sofa bed, which when unfolded, can be used as a bed for another 2 people. The room has a smart / digital TV, Fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. You can also find a folding table and folding chairs.

Bedlinen and towels
For longer stays, bed linen and towels will be changed as required. The cost for this is included in the price. To ensure hygiene, it is not allowed to sleep on the beds in the rooms without sheets and pillowcases.
In the event that non-removable stains occur in the maress, duvet, bedspread, decorave pillows or towels during the overnight stay, Pension Hartje Zandvoort will charge the guest for the resulng cleaning costs or costs to replace the materials.
Kitchen
The kitchen is for shared use, you can use the microwave and dishwasher here. You can also find extra crockery and cutlery here. Under the sink you will find, among other things, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products.
Make sure to keep the kitchen dy, which is not only pleasant for yourself, but also for other quests. If anything is missing or needed, you can always contact the hostess-host. On Tuesday aernoons, the hostess/host comes by to replenish supplies.
The cupboard and fridge under the stairs is for private use.
Reservations
Prices
Prices are from €90,- up to €145, – a night per room, based on 2 persons and availability. If more people are staying, there is an extra charge for bed linen and tourist tax. When booking, the number of persons staying overnight must always be stated correctly. Prices include gas, water, electricity, towels, bed and kitchen linen and Wi-Fi.

Exceptions:
In the Christmas holiday season, the rooms are only available for a long weekend, midweek or week.

For the Formula 1 weekend we use different prices and in order of request. The prices for 8/25/2023 up to and including 8/28/2023 are €1560. This is for 1 room and up to 4 guests. Bookings are only binding after a confirmation e-mail.

Payment
Payment can be made in two ways, by bank transfer 2 days before check-in or in cash to the hostess/host. Please note that we do not accept 200 euro and 500 euro banknotes.
Check-in and check-out
Upon arrival, you will receive a house key and your room key from the hostess or host. Check-in is from 15:00 and preferably before 17:00. A different time can be discussed.
Check-in is not possible on Sundays. Please let us know at least one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. If you call an hour before arrival, you can be sure that someone will be there and you will not have to wait unnecessary
Check-out can be between 7:00 am and 11:00 am at the latest on the day of departure. You should also discuss this with the hosts. We will then ensure that we are present for the key transfer. If the key is lost, Pension Hartje Zandvoort will charge 150,- euro.
Damage
Pension Hartje Zandvoort is in no way liable for any damage, loss or the you may have or experience during your stay. Should any damage be caused to the accommodaon or its furnishings during your stay, you must report it to the host/hostess. You will be charged for the resulng cleaning costs or costs to replace the materials.
Extra
Do you have something to celebrate, such as a birthday, love or anniversary. If so, let us know! We offer specially tailored party packages starting from 15 euro for your special occasion and make sure the room is decorated.
House rules
- Check-in from 15:00 – check-out until 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed inside the entire accommodaon. Smoking is allowed in the garden, provided it does not disturb others.
- Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation.
- At Pension Hartje Zandvoort, it is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or trade drugs.
- Be considerate of other quests in all respects.
- All sound, regardless of how it is generated, must be tuned to room volume. This will prevent noise pollution for other guests and nearby residents. From 22:00h to 07:00 there is a quiet period.
- It is not allowed to light candles for fire safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed in the guest house.
